Your privacy & data rights
You can access, correct, or delete the personal data linked to your BestHand account at any time. Here is how:
1. In the app
Open the BestHand app → Profile → Settings → Privacy & data and follow the steps.
2. Online
Log in to your account and you will land on the self-service data rights page.
3. By email
Email support@besthandapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Data request” and we will process your request.
What is deleted and what may be retained (e.g., transaction records we must keep by law) is described in our Privacy Policy.
